Consumer-Facing Solutions

CardFree

CardFree is ideal for restaurants that don’t yet have digital ordering. CardFree is able to work with foodservice operators quickly to stand up a website to take digital orders in approximately 48 hours. The tool also optimizes partners’ mobile websites with menu images, bundles, modifiers and upsells to drive beverage attachment, leading to higher average checks and increased revenue from digital orders

Drive-Thru Menu Board Optimization

We help our customers optimize their drive-thru menu boards, and we created a drive-thru recovery playbook for our foodservice customers last year highlighting tips for customers to consider like encouraging mobile ordering to increase time for preparation, weaving in promotional messaging throughout the purchase path in the drive-thru and considering bringing in bottle and can offerings to increase checks and overall profit.

Quikly

The Quikly technology platform leverages incentives and psychology to increase consumer response around key marketing initiatives. Restaurant partners use Quikly to drive awareness and trial of LTOs, boost enrollment in loyalty programs, motivate guests to use online ordering, create digital activations for restaurant events or grand openings and more.

UserTesting

UserTesting is a partner capability that enables real-time qualitative learnings about a customer’s digital user experience. Using platforms like UserTesting allows us to capture and engage real consumers while they are in the restaurant’s platform and learn about their experience. Insights from the tool inform updates and iterations that drive in-the-moment digital guest satisfaction and engagement on our partners’ platforms, wherever the guest decides to engage.
